Raised in Concord, California, Caryn Azevedo has extensive knowledge of the East Bay region and offers deep insight into local market trends. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s matching buyers with their dream home or getting sellers top dollar for their property. With experience in staging, she provides homeowners with expert advice on preparing for a sale — highlighting a property’s best assets so it appeals to the most potential buyers.

 

Prior to real estate, Caryn worked for 16 years in the fashion industry, managing production and sales teams for multimillion-dollar businesses in San Francisco and honing her top-notch management and negotiation skills. After many years of commuting and traveling, she moved her career full time to the East Bay to create a better work-life balance for herself and her family. Caryn always loved home design and soon transitioned to the real estate business, first as a director at a home staging company, where she advised agents on how to best prepare a home for sale before earning her real estate license in early 2020. Now that she has found her true calling as a real estate professional, she is excited to put her myriad skills to work for her clients.

 

When she isn’t practicing real estate, Caryn enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.
